How to wire a distributor switch

The way a manifold switch is wired depends largely on the type and configuration of the switch. In general, there are three common types of wiring for a manifold switch:

Three wire connection: this type of distributor switch usually includes three pinholes for positive, negative and control signals. You need to connect the wires connecting the power supply (usually the fire and zero wires) to the positive and negative terminals respectively, and then connect the control signal wire to the control unit.
Two wire connection: some manifold switches may have only one or two pinholes, in which case no additional control wiring is required. In this case, simply connect the two wires of the switch to the two in the control respectively.
In practice, the following points should also be noted:

Thread the thermostat probe through the tube, the closure of the end of the tube helps to ensure safety and should be located as far as possible between the two cable runs.
The thermostat's temperature sensor and the reserved cable should be connected to separate temperature switches, one to control the cable's operation and the other to measure the ground temperature.
Before the laying is completed and ready for cement filling, the underfloor heating manifold must be installed and commissioned to ensure that all the wiring is working correctly. If there are any problems, they can be dealt with and replaced in good time before the cement sets.
