In the plunger flow state, the exhaust function is lost.
As an air intake and exhaust equipment that appeared only in recent years, it is a brand-new device made according to the cylinder principle, which is different from any other kind of air intake and exhaust valves, and its principle is to control the pneumatic diaphragm action in the cylinder with the float lever and so on, so as to control the opening and closing of exhaust port of the valve body. In the high-pressure (1MPa below) state, whether it is a multi-section water column, gas column between the pressurised and unpressurised gas can be discharged at high speed.
The main feature of this type of exhaust valve structure is: large and small exhaust port or only large exhaust port of the effective exhaust calibre is not less than 70% of the nominal diameter of the exhaust valve, exhaust calibre, exhaust speed, and in any case can be high-speed exhaust. General designers in the selection of exhaust valves to exhaust the nominal diameter of the exhaust valve to calculate the exhaust volume. Cylinder type exhaust valve can fully meet the design requirements, and really play a role in preventing the pipeline water hammer and pipe burst.
